With a robust background spanning various industries, including tech, and my roles as a mentor, strategist, and Certified Business and Imposter Syndrome Coach (ICF accredited), I am dedicated to unlocking your potential and fostering your growth. Forever curious and committed to transforming how business is done, I bring a forward-thinking approach to every challenge.

My entrepreneurial journey began with a vision to provide flexible career solutions. Initially focused on empowering mothers to work from home, it has grown to support professionals from all backgrounds, including those facing challenging work environments and seeking strategic guidance.

From the beginning with Creative Dynamics
Let’s rewind a bit—this business wasn’t built overnight for profit alone. Passion over profit drives everything we do.
After our first child, I found a lack of flexible job options for moms in the virtual assistant industry. This inspired me to create a platform to support moms seeking flexible work opportunities.
In 2020, I was in your shoes, managing every aspect of the business and gradually adding a subcontractor to meet the growing demand.
The following year, I started Creative Dynamics part-time while working as a Marketing/Event Coordinator in the wedding industry, with a vision of building a team.

As the business grew, I recognized the need for coaching among other owners, which led me to earn my ACC certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
As a dedicated advocate for ongoing learning, I pursued Imposter Syndrome Coaching with the Imposter Syndrome Institute.
In 2024, I launched "Breaking Norms, Building Dreams," my radio show. It's dedicated to empowering and challenging societal norms, with a mission to make a major impact. At Creative Dynamics, we're not just a virtual assistant agency—we're thought leaders pushing boundaries.
With the arrival of our second child, the need for outsourcing became apparent as I navigated the challenges of growing my business while juggling two kids, yet struggled to find the right balance.
